Things you should be bringing to each practice include:
– water bottle
– snack for afterward *important to have some calories after a run to re-fuel and encourage recovery.
-towel to do stretching on and lay on some exercises we are on the floor (up to you).
– change of clothes for cold days/rainy days and once it gets warm out
