Couch to 5 Miler Program!!

Run Moore Goal: The mission of this program is to help you achieve completing a 5-mile run/race (you determine your goals)!
We will provide a structured program meeting two days week
Tuesdays off Tech Court at 6:30 pm and Saturday Mornings at Wakefield Valley at 7:00 am. Work with Michael Stetson, Manager at Run Moore & Assistant Coach at Stevenson University to achieve your goals!

We will be starting at those times so please be on time!

Things you should be bringing to each practice include:

– water bottle
– snack for afterward *important to have some calories after a run to re-fuel and encourage recovery.
-towel to do stretching on and lay on some exercises we are on the floor (up to you).
– change of clothes for cold days/rainy days and once it gets warm out

The cost for the program is $100.
