This camp is for all High school Runners!
We will meet Mon, Wed, Fri at 6pm and every other Saturday at 8am

Our Camp will feature:

  • strength routines
  • stretching routines
  • A strong base for cross county season
  • Guest Speakers

Each Camper will recieve

  • Run Moore Camp t-shirt
  • $20 off RM Shoes
  • Performance Socks
  • New Running Friends!!

Things you should be bringing to each practice include:

  • water bottle
  • snack for afterward *important to have some calories after a run to re-fuel and encourage recovery.
  • towel to do stretching on and lay on some exercises we are on the floor (up to you).
  • change of clothes in case it rains

I Run Moore Summer Training Program!

A continuation of our I Run Moore Program, the aim of this group is to keep you motivated during the hot summer months and prepare for a successful fall season!

This is an 8 week running program complete with 7 days a week of personalized training through Final Surge.

Things you should be bringing to each practice include:
