This camp is for all High school Runners!
We will meet Mon, Wed, Fri at 6pm and every other Saturday at 8am
Our Camp will feature:
- strength routines
- stretching routines
- A strong base for cross county season
- Guest Speakers
Each Camper will recieve
- Run Moore Camp t-shirt

Things you should be bringing to each practice include:
- water bottle
- snack for afterward *important to have some calories after a run to re-fuel and encourage recovery.
- towel to do stretching on and lay on some exercises we are on the floor (up to you).
- change of clothes in case it rains
