Two weeks ago I found a fantastic keepsake while cleaning the basement. It was my last handwritten training log from 2013. Like many folks, I have switched to using an app to track my miles and runs. I had so much fun going back and reading about specific runs. I know I personally don’t type much information on my running app compared to what I used to write in my log. I bet if I looked back at any random run from last year I would only have a vague memory of it. However, I recall tons of details about runs I took the time to write about in 2013. I am going to go back to an old school log next year. I will still keep my runs on Strava because I like some of the stats it provides, but my notes will go in my log.
Thanks for a great run on Halloween we loved all of the costumes and just seeing everyone from our community.
