The weather is looking nice for our pub run this Thursday. Come by the store at 6:00 for a nice run around town followed by a free beer. Now let’s check in with our #IRunMoore ambassador Alan. One of the other reasons to pick up trash while running (aka Plogging) is that you find cool stuff!
In just the past 3 years I’ve found tennis racquets (one which I use), I nice pair of trim limb loppers (which I use), sunglasses, kites, toys, and unused gift cards.
Of course, one of the most fun things to find while trash running is cash. In the past several years, I’ve found several hundred dollars!
This treasure hunting aspect of plogging just adds to the element of adventure and makes every run different.
